Telcora offers a range of fraud management, revenue assurance and security training courses, which can be run as public open events, or as internal events tailored specifically to the needs of an individual Telco. Courses range from an introductory Fraud Management level to an advanced Revenue Assurance level.

To ensure maximum benefit for our delegates, Telcora only use trainers with many years experience in the fields in which they train. Our trainers also actively operate as consultants in their specialist areas. Unlike other consultancies we do not “agency-out” our training, so you can be sure that the Telcora trainer delivering your course is active as a field consultant with practical knowledge and experience gained through operational activity.

In addition to our formal training courses, we can provide on the job training and coaching and can tailor training packages specifically to our clients own individual needs. Telcora also provide in-company courses for individuals or groups of clients. Courses can be delivered at Telcora Training Centres, public venues or on your own premises.
