Sometimes our customers need the on-site placement of an experienced consultant who can work with them to establish their fraud management and revenue assurance capabilities. Telcora can provide such placements on short, mid or long-term assignments. We have fulfilled a range of solutions from a fraud analyst working within a new fraud team through to the delivery of a complete “Build-Operate-Transfer” solution (BOT). Under BOT we will set up your Revenue Assurance or Fraud Management function for you, we will manage and operate the function for a period of time whilst we transfer our skills to your staff and then finally we will migrate the operational function over to you for ongoing management.
